CrossFit Redoubt presents a one day seminar with top european CrossFit athlete and CrossFit Games competitor Lacee Kovacs and his KTS training programimg on 10.6.2017 saturday.
Program of the one day seminar is:
9:30 morning coffe :)
10:00 - 12:30 Olympic lifting (snatch- C/J)
12:30 - 13:30 Lunch break
13:30 - 15:00 KTS programing
15:00 - 17:00 Gymnastics + WOD
18:00 Consultation and finish
Price for the seminar is 65 euro per athlete. You have to make the payment to secure the place on the seminar. MAX capacity is 20 athletes.
