Mexican Pop Culture is an exhibition of graphic representations of different popular characters that have formed part of the Mexican people´s imaginary: Divinities, actors, wrestlers, painters, musicians, revolutionaries, characters and even objects that synthesize the broad and diverse Mexican Culture.
Exhibition includes works with stencils, stickers and posters from a couple of streets artists from Xalapa (Chek - VerdeColecta Crew & Dnes - Mexrifstencil Crew) and various guests. It also includes art works from recognized graphic artists as Acamonchi who is a reference and important figure in the world of the street art, not only in Mexico but also USA; and Gram Om & El Dante who base their work on paintings and design, their art work is focused on daily social struggles in Mexico and around the world.
