II. Kaschau Industrial Gathering

Kaschau Industrial Gathering is a meeting of all fans of forward-thinking and/or dark musical and artistic expression. Darkness is an essential antidote to ubiquitous gluey sweetness of media representing shallowness and servility as seen everywhere. We gather our electronic apparatus to improvise and live act in a celebration of chaos, control and ascension.

After its success in May the Kascau Industrial Gathering goes in its second round, this time with special guests from Australia, the post-punk band ASCETIC:, supported by the local bands Terminal State - Electro (EBM) and FARA (Industrial Punk).

One of the newer bands of the last years, which you definitely should know, is Ascetic:. The post-wave trio - originally from Australia - moved to Berlin three years ago. Their début 'Self Initiation' (2013) was a revelation, and finally, after a long period of waiting, Ascetic: return for a new release, 'Everything is Becoming', consisting of nine fresh tracks.
